Privacy Policy

Your planning data stays with you

Everything you create in Reflow — tasks, routines, blocks, and your schedule — is stored on your device.

If you turn on iCloud sync, that data is mirrored to your own private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit) so it appears on your other devices. It lives in your personal Apple account. The developer has no access to it and cannot read it.

No accounts, no sign-up

There is no login. Reflow does not ask for — and does not collect — your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. You are not an account; you're just someone using the app.

Voice input

When you dictate a block, your speech is transcribed entirely on-device using Apple's Speech framework. The audio never leaves your phone and is never sent to the developer or any server.

Calendar and notifications

If you grant calendar access, it is read-only and used only to show your existing events alongside your plan. That calendar data stays on-device and is never uploaded. Reminders and notifications are scheduled locally on your phone.

Purchases and subscriptions

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer never sees your card details.

To manage subscriptions, Reflow uses RevenueCat. It receives an anonymous purchase receipt and a random, anonymous ID used only to check whether your subscription is active. No personal identifiers are attached. See revenuecat.com/privacy.

Crash reports and analytics

To keep Reflow stable, a small amount of technical data is collected — and it's stripped of anything that could identify you:

• Crash reports via Sentry (hosted in the EU). Personal data is stripped: no IP addresses are stored and no user identifiers are attached. See sentry.io/privacy.
• Anonymized usage analytics via TelemetryDeck (EU-hosted). It is anonymized by design, contains no personal data, and does not track you across apps. See telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

This tells the developer things like "the app crashed on this screen" or "this feature was opened" — never who you are or what your plans say.

What Reflow never does

• No ads.
• No selling your data — ever.
• No third-party tracking.
• No device fingerprinting.

Deleting your data

Because your plans live on your device (and your own iCloud), you're in control:

• Delete the app to remove its on-device data.
• Disable iCloud sync — or delete Reflow's data from iCloud in your device's settings — to remove the synced copy.
• Subscription records held by Apple are handled under Apple's privacy policy.

Children

Reflow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
